Danske Bank söker Talent Acquisition Specialist till Stockholm

In response to the many changes in our business, our industry and the world around us, Danske Bank is transforming its global HR function to transform the business. This includes establishment of an Employee Journeys team, which is responsible for ensuring best-in-class employee experiences from joining to leaving Danske Bank and all journeys in-between.

You will become part of our Joining & Leaving team, which has end-to-end process ownership of the employee experience of joining and leaving Danske Bank. With around 2,500 annual joiners in Danske Bank, we play a key role in building our future capabilities and delivering on our business ambitions. The Joining & Leaving team is dispersed across locations in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Lithuania.

Recruitment operations and contributor to other projects
Your role will be to drive recruitment for selected openings in partnership with managers in Sweden. This involves full lifecycle recruitment with an objective to source, select and on-board top talent and ensure a best-in-class experience for managers and candidates – from when they consider us all the way through applying, interviewing, choosing us and on-boarding.

Parallel to your primary responsibility within recruitment operations, you will be involved in other projects and initiatives in the Joining & Leaving team. Depending on your expertise and our strategic priorities, this can include university relations, digital channels, employee advocacy, exit processes or continuous improvement of our way of recruiting.

You will be based in Stockholm and work closely with team colleagues and stakeholders across the Nordics and in Lithuania. Outside-in perspective and commitment to best-in-class experience
You have a university degree and talent acquisition experience from an in-house recruitment team or a recruitment agency. Your background has given you experience with full-cycle recruitment from analysing requirements through sourcing and interviewing to on-boarding.

You combine a strong focus on business needs with a clear outside-in perspective and a commitment to providing a best-in-class experience for our candidates – those we hire and those we don’t. In addition, you are an excellent communicator and are familiar with working with digital channels and tools. You have a high level of proficiency in Swedish and English.
