Your future role
As HR Business Partner for our Nordic Functions you will contribute to the business agenda and strategy by providing an effective and pro-active HR service covering all aspects of recruitment, reward, retention and development.
You will actively engage in the labour law development in the Nordic countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland & Denmark) in cooperation with HR and Business Development colleagues.
As part of our Nordic HR team you will be working on the development and implementation of national as well as international initiatives and processes.
Together we will continuously shape and develop a successful international business and motivating workplace for our employees and customers – today and in our future.
We are looking for you, loving both – being a HR Business Partner and our Nordic Labour Law Expert
- You have proved your ability to lead and deliver general HR Business Partner support and you have profound knowledge of the Swedish Labour Law, preferably experience of other Nordic country legislation
- You are experienced in advising, challenging, coaching and supporting Business Managers on people-related issues and processes (e.g. performance management, personal and team development, career path implementation, resource planning and recruitment)
- You have been working within a matrix environment with a range of managers and functions, preferably international
- You are result and respect focused
