ABB Power Grids söker Location HR Business Partner

As Location HR Business Partner at Components, which is a part of the Local Business Unit (LBU) Transformers, Power Grids based in Ludvika, you will be part of a dynamic business unit and have a great opportunity to support a successful business in the HR field.

In this position, your main goal will be to partner with the business leaders in Components to implement business people strategies supporting the business- and people strategy. You will provide operational HR support to the business managers in performance management, retention management, organizational development, labor relations, people leadership and development of high performing teams. You will work in close collaboration with HR network.

You will be a part of the local management team at Components in Ludvika, and report to the Local Product Group Manager and functionally to the Strategic HR Business Partner for LBU Transformers.

To be successful in this role you need to be able to work independently, take initiatives and apply established standards to your areas of responsibility. You are a person who can see the whole picture of current situations and the ability to make plans and bring them into action. We are looking for a positive, reliable, and result driven person. You are also responsive and motivated to focus on operational HR and find it easy to cooperate in a global environment. You will frequently instruct and coach other professionals so your social skills must be well-developed.

As preferred qualifications we want you to have a university degree from the HR field and a couple of years of experience in HR work with a broad perspective, including previous work with change management and negotiations. Preferably, you have previously worked in the manufacturing industry in an international organization. It is important that you can express yourself fluently, both orally and in writing, in Swedish and English.

You will be part of Power Transformers in Ludvika, a business unit within the division Power Grids. We manufacture power transformers and reactors up to the highest occurring powers and voltages. The unit also offers diagnostics, oil reclaiming, service and spare parts to customers around the world. The Transformer unit in Ludvika has the core competence within the ultra-high voltage levels that are required to transfer a large amount of energy over long distances. Most of the new technology for power transformers is developed here in Ludvika.
