Trusted advisor and HR subject matter expert
As HR Partner in Danske Bank, you will support the strategic people agenda in your area of responsibility by providing direct and flexible support to leaders in our organisation. Keeping a dual focus on succeeding today while transforming for tomorrow, the HR Partner position offers great opportunities for professional and personal development.
In this role, you enable our leaders to unleash the people engagement in their areas of responsibility by coaching, sparring and co-driving leadership development activities. You act as trusted advisor for leaders enabling local team development activities and workshops to support business requirements and challenge status quo. You proactively follow-up on activities and deliverables supporting the strategic people agenda within e.g. talent development, succession planning, people engagement and workforce planning.
You will also contribute as a subject matter expert to the implementation of E2E employee journeys in close collaboration with colleagues from the Employee Journey Teams.
You will become part of our HR Partner team in Sweden, consisting of five ambitious and highly motivated HR Partners, all situated in Stockholm. Furthermore, you will closely collaborate with HR Partners teams in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Lithuania.
Who are you?
To thrive in this role, we believe you have a university level degree in a relevant field in combination with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as HR Partner in a similar role. You have a good understanding of business goals and priorities and are able to translate them into supporting people activities.
We expect you to be a trained coach and facilitator with strong experience within change management and a strong communicator with impact and drive to influence. You are a role model for collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues. Full proficiency in English and Swedish is required.
You will be located in the centre of Stockholm and we expect you to be flexible to meet leaders in Finance Centres and branches in other parts of the country.
