Tieto söker HR-generalist med erfarenhet av Compensation & Benefit

Är du HR-generalist med genuint intresse för operativa HR-frågor och särskild erfarenhet inom lön & belöning? Då är du den vi söker till vårt kontor i Stockholm!

We are looking for a colleague to strengthen our HR Operation team in Stockholm, Sweden! To fit this role you need to have a genuine interest in HR Operation questions and experience within the area of Compensation and Benefit. If you have proven experience from this, have a self-starter attitude with strong work ethics – you are the one we are looking for!

In this role you will be working with general HR questions with weight in the Operational Compensation and Benefit area, including; pension, insurance, budget follow up, statistic and support our managers and employees. You will also be involved in different HR projects such as Annual Salary Revision and Equal Pay Salary Investigation. In addition to this you will work in our HR ticket system and handle requests from managers, employees and other HR colleagues.

This role demands good communication and analytic skills, accuracy and a close cooperation with stakeholders on different levels in the organization. You will be a part of the Swedish HR Operation team of 10 people and work closely with our Payroll Coordinator and other HR Generalist. Does this sound intriguing to you?

Your profile and background
To fit in this role you have an university degree in PA or similar. We believe that you have at least 5 years of experience from a similar position. You should have good knowledge in Swedish Labour Law and it’s meriting if you have payroll experience. You are a “digital native” with experience in Excel and like working with HR systems. You also need to be able to work with details without losing the bigger picture. We consider it an advantage if you have experience from Workday. We assume that you can independently prioritize tasks in a highly dynamic environment where you ensure the accurate and timely execution of incoming tasks.

For this role, excellent command of both Swedish and English is required. We are looking for a person that has good interpersonal skills, a problem-solving attitude combined with networking skills and a willingness to take responsibility. You have a teamwork approach, a critical thinking and are able to demonstrate high integrity. Other things that we appreciate is having an open mind and being able to take initiatives.
