HR Business Partner with extensive HR experience

As our new HR Partner you will be working out from Stockholm in close collaboration with managers in our newly established Wealth Management Business Unit. Your solid HR experience will ensure continued development of this unit and its employees.

You will be joining our international team responsible for HR in the Wealth Management organization, but you will also be an important and valued member of the Swedish HR organisation. We deal with traditional HR tasks, but we also drive and participate in strategic projects where our competencies are brought into a business oriented context.

As an HR Partner you will be dealing with a wide variety of HR tasks, e.g. recruitment and selection, engagement and retention, workforce planning, and compensation and benefits, to support the managers within the HR yearly cycle. Thus, you will also be actively involved in planning and implementing strategic initiatives, such as organizational, leadership and talent development.

You will work closely with managers in your area, and a key success criterion is treating your clients as they treat theirs. This means that you support, advise and liaise with managers, enabling them to handle their managerial responsibilities to best effect and ensure continued development of their areas.

Who are you?
To thrive in this role we believe you have an analytical, structured and proactive approach, and you are capable of staying focused in a sometimes hectic environment. You have good stakeholder management and networking skills – and the professional presence required to conduct direct dialogue with managers at all organisational levels. Perhaps you have management experience – or the capability to put yourself in the managers’ place and quickly gain a perspective on what is expected.

You have an academic background and wide-ranging practical HR experience within the different focus areas mentioned above. Experience within compensation and benefits is considered a merit. As you will be working in an international environment, you are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
