We are now looking for an experienced Head of People, who wants to develop further in a global and dynamic business.

ABOUT THE POSITION
As Head of People at Net Insight you will be part of the Executive Team and advise them as well as the CEO whenever change is anticipated, considered and implemented.

As Head of People you will drive human resources strategy to support the growth and profitability of Net Insight globally. You will ensure that the People function adds value and contributes to the strategic and commercial agenda of the business in all areas of the People function including talent management and development, organizational planning and alignment, compensation & benefits, performance, recruitment and employer branding.

Your People team consists of three staff and the position is based in Solna. You will report to the CEO.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Academic degree in HR or equivalent
• Leadership experience
• A solid track record of developing and delivering a successful People strategy
• Ability to create and maintain a high performing team and culture within a similar environment
• Excellent knowledge in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Solution focused – suggestion of ideas and recommendations were appropriate
• Experience from a consulting role is a merit

We believe that you are an experienced HR professional with demonstrated knowledge of a multitude of human resource disciplines, e.g. employer branding, performance, recruitment and leadership coaching and development as well as own experience as a leader. Previous experience from a consulting background with process implementation experience is a huge plus.

In order to be successful in this position you must be results-oriented, business minded and have the ability to challenge the organization and drive change. You always strive to simplify and improve processes and ways of working to accelerate our expertise and have a good understanding of the IT/Tech sector. This combined with a natural way of communicating and building relationships will make you a good candidate for the job.
